Make the quick find box have the focus by default on the records screen when you return to the window it is in and select the text by default.

Or at least make it the first tab stop so you could tab once and go into it.

Currently when the records window regains focus after closing a record, tabbing in, etc... the cursor is nowhere and you must click or tab into the quick find to use it. If you click in you must drag to select what is in it or if you try to tab to it because that automatically selects the contents it is the last tab stop. (so your tabbing 14+ times because you have to tab threw the recent records)
