When using the Mobile Event app or Mobile Pay the app auto logs out after amount of time of inactivity. Make this timeout configurable with one of the options being Do Not Logout.

When using the Work Center to view/manage portfolios, the current custom rating is not displayed - all custom ratings are displayed but only the current is needed. I tried filtering by rating category and source.

When looking at recent appeals, some constituents have 15-20 on record and they are from years past, want to see most recent appeal FIRST instead of scrolling down or hitting the date button each time.
