In Case Central, be able to filter OUT closed, or filter by BOTH OPEN AND AWAITING CUSTOMER..
Even when you sort by status, the opens and awaiting customer response are separated by "closed", because it's alphabetical. I would like to be able to see any cases not closed, together. I just want to see active stuff all together.0

In reports, on General tab, reorder drop down menu date options
I use "specific range", "this and last calendar year" and "this and last fiscal year" most frequently. It would be nice to be able to bring these options to the top.0

A pop up warning to inform a second user that a batch "is already open" by another user and doesn't allow the second user to save changes to the batch.

Be able to Queue Global Import Jobs
