A pop up warning to inform a second user that a batch "is already open" by another user and doesn't allow the second user to save changes to the batch.
It is a problem when multiple users can access a batch concurrently but not view the changes the other is making or even be aware another user is adding/editing the batch until they save, close and re-open it.
This would be exactly like when one user has a constituent/gift/action record open already.
