I understand that online giving and data review assumes an online donor is an individual, and that there is a way to indicate that an individual is giving on behalf of an organization. These options are not sufficient for our organization.

We'd like to have the ability to process gifts and match to either an Individual or an Organization record - either by auto match or Online data review. Putting the onus on a donor to identify that they are giving on behalf of an org is not adequate, and provides a complicated workaround when they do not. I suggest adding the ability to "Search Individuals" or "Search Organizations" as an option is there is separate logic behind the scenes to allow a proper search.
