If you make a field required in database view, have that same rule carried over to NXT.
Current parameters do not require the same fields to be filled out on the different views, disrupting data management.

100 times yes! It is long past due to have this implemented in web view! This is a major reason why in my organization web view is used primarily to look things up--not to add any data.
