Transfer required fields for creating new records from RE to NXT

When creating a new record in NXT, the only required field is the name. When creating a new record in RE7, there are multiple required fields, including pertinent information such as constituent code. The same required fields should be in NXT as are in RE7. Required fields for creating records in RE7 should transfer to NXT. Otherwise, we're running the risk of creating records that are incomplete and missing vital information.

    Required fields marked in Database View for any type of record should apply in NXT. Or at the very least, allow us to configure in NXT if not non-transferable. The ability to have required fields in NXT is crucial, especially if you want non-profits to start ONLY using NXT.
