Under UK and EU law, data controllers must supply all the data that they hold on an individual within a defined time limit in response to a Data Subject Access Request. At present responding to this in relation to data held in Raiser's Edge is very time consuming and cumbersome and requires reviewing the record manually and then setting up a series of exports and queries that must then be supplied as a series of documents, or manually merged (increasing the chance of administrative errors) before being supplied, to the Data Subject. It would help UK and EU customers if there was a 'Data Subject Request' standard report on Raiser's Edge that could be exported simply by adding the correct constituent record name/ID code to the report template and then exporting.
