It is very difficult to get accurate lists for new donors, first gift, summary of gifts etc. when RE includes gifts that have been written off. I should not have to create a gift attribute to exclude as suggested in knowledgebase. Maybe some orgs want inflated #s - in this case we don't. We've had a campaigner or two that turned in a number pledges that have not been paid - don't know if they were actually contact or not - but we don't want them to appear on reports we are now running.
I know there are other posts and comments regarding how RE handles write-offs but it sure doesn't look like anything they are considering/reviewing.
