When entering an email address in the new SEARCH screen in RE 7.92 it should also search the RELATIONSHIP tab for non-constituents who might have the email address.
If you enter a last name or first name it searches the RELATIONSHIP tab and returns non-constituent records.
all fields on the SEARCH screen including email address and address, city, state, zip should also search the RELATIONSHIP tab for non-constituent records
This would be a tremendous help. By the nature of our business and one of our largest fundraisers, we have a lot of retail organizations as full constituents; however, we don't have every employee for those retailers elevated to full constituent. Also, the way some people style their emails, it is next to impossible to figure out who they are or which org they may be affiliated with to even try searching for them that way. So trying to find them after they opt out on emails is a very difficult challenge as a result. Running a query every time an email is not found when you know it is most likely on a relationship tab somewhere seems like a very inefficient way to do this type of search.
AMEN
One bit of clarification on this ... where you say "If you enter a last name or first name it searches the RELATIONSHIP tab and returns non-constituent records" that isn't entirely true. It will search for a non-constituent spouse with that last or first name, but it won't search for other non-constituent relationship records (children, for instance). Searching for any non-constituent (by any and every field available) is covered in http://rediscovery.uservoice.com/forums/137015-raiser-s-edge-discovery-topics/suggestions/2793526-search-for-constituents-and-non-constituents-fro
