Add automated change log for all db fields.

We would like to review a change log of all fields updated across the past week (or a set time period).

Specifically we would find it beneficial to review this change log for all constituent contact details, constituent status, and constituent codes.

This is especially important now that we have "NXT User" changing records when constituents give or register for events through the RENXT online forms.

Changing the status of this idea to Voting Open because it's been reviewed. While not currently planned, this will remain open for voting and future consideration as a change.

Track changes made to a constituent profile Merged

There should be a log of all changes made to a constituent profile along with the date and which user made that change.
