I used to receive an email notification when a new AddressAccelerator file was released and ready to implement. Those notifications have stopped with no warning, which means twice now we've learned our file was out of date by getting an error message! Super annoying. I know I can set up my own recurring reminder to check for updates, but I wasn't told the email notifications were going to stop, so I didn't know to set up my own reminder! Why would you not send reminders for periodic file releases?
I used to receive an email notification as well prior to the Address Accelerator quarterly file expiring, but not anymore. Now Raiser's Edge users contact me to say it's not working when it expires - which is not perfect! I've spoken to the Blackbaud Helpdesk today and they are not sure why the email notifications have stopped either. How can we receive email notifications again?
