I would love this. I have a workflow that seems to stop for no reason sometimes; I suspect it's because it has conditional actions and someone deletes instead of cancelling an action from a record, and I think it halts the work flow. I have no idea how to get it back, and just reapplying the workflow would at least solve that problem.
