As suggested in article, https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/67385, "the fuzzy date field in Query casts a wide net for gathering records. Additional filtering may be required to narrow down results to the desired group for certain dates." It would be great to query all birthdays, regardless of the year, without having to exclude all the other days of the month as suggested by Blackbaud: 

"Constituent Information > Birth Date equals 11/10
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date equals November
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date does not equal 11/1
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date does not equal 11/2
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date does not equal 11/3
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date does not equal 11/4
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date does not equal 11/5
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date does not equal 11/6
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date does not equal 11/7
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date does not equal 11/8
AND Constituent Information > Birth Date does not equal 11/9"

This way we could just get a list of our Constituents who are celebrating a birthday today, everyday, easily and simply.
