Add 'Today (any year)' as an option when querying on Date of Birth

This would be extremely helpful when sending birthday cards via NetCommunity. It would allow sheduled emails to be used to send a daily birthday email to a constituent list automatically.

    It is a must to my opinion to have this option for Any date, not just birth dates, i.e. Relationship Start/End dates.

    I agree with John and Roland. We would also like to send daily birthday emails and daily "Happy Anniversary" emails - especially to those couples who both graduated from our institution - and we would like to use NetCommunity to send these automatically.

    I also think this week, last week, next week would be helpful. Also I hope that all of this still works when 7.93 puts out the new ability to add a birthdate with no year. 7.93 is out in just a few weeks.

    It would be extremely useful if I could setup a query criteria for "Today", I don't understand why this functionality hasn't already been built in.
