Add a column in Raiser's Edge in the Batch

Add a column in Raiser's Edge in the Batch screen that shows the total amount for each batch

So that someone doesn't have to open each batch and look at the total - it'd be easier to search through batches if the total that the batch amounted to was its own column in the Batch window
