Add another column in 'Batch' for 'Batch Total'

Add another column on the main batch page for the batch total, so you don't have to open each batch to find the batch total. (Since we are unable to query the batch totals.)

    I would also like to see more columns available in the batch page.

    This would be great, as you can see date, inputter and committed frequency only. As the 'cumulative' total is avaialble at foot of individual Batch's page, I also want to see this value in the main Batch front screen

    This would be great, as would a column showing the number of gifts included in the Batch!
