Look Up option when entering consitutents in a Constituent Batch

When I have to enter a lot of new records and use the Constituent Batch feature, an option to look up the constituent first to see if they exist would be helpful (exactly how it is in Gift Batch)

      I've often thought that the way there is the look up option on the spouse but not the constituent batch is strange.

      You can try validating the batch -- but that is somewhat fuzzy and only works AFTER you enter the row.
