We have over 50,000 records in our database and almost 20,000 do not have a constituency code. I'm currently in the process of figuring out why they even exist in our database and many of them we members of a different part of our organization 30+ years ago, but never gave a donation. Instead of deleting these records, I'd like to be able to archive them easily so that they don't pull into our current list of "active" constituents.
