Ability to inactivate constituent codes

It would be really helpful to have the ability to inactivate a constituency code. This gives the ability to see former and current constituencies, without having to document the information elsewhere.

I'm not sure what your enhancement request is. . .
Constituency codes live in a table and can be made inactive by someone who has rights.
Also you can use the date functions to indicate when a constituency code is active for a particular constituent.
