Position is the key information needed to assess the level of volunteer engagement. When I'm evaluating my prospects in NXT Web view, I want to know if someone is Chair/President of the committee or just one of 100 members. Right now, in Web view of NXT, only the job itself and the start date are included. We need to see Position and even Category. The Position field is included in the Job Assignment for a reason. I don't want to have to redo all our Jobs to to include one for each position, i.e. Diversity Committee-Chair, Diversity Committee-Vice Chair, Diversity Committee-Secretary, Diversity Committee-Treasurer, Diversity Committee-Member, etc.
