Allow the Volunteer Position to default to Job Assignment, like we can default an appeal to a specific fund and/or campaign.

In the Volunteer Module, it would be helpful to have a volunteer's position default to specified job assignments. The functionality can be set up much like we do for assuring that an appeal is defaulted to a certain fund.
