Include Consent fields in a general constituent IMPORT

We regularly import large lists of new constituents with all their details- address, constituent code, salutation, relationships, education and attributes. At the moment Consent is not one of these options. Therefore we have to do two imports where we could do just one.

    We have 20 different possibilities for granular consent and although we can and do operate a two import process now this does as has been mentioned increase the likelihood of mistakes and data corruption not to mention the increased length of time to do the various imports.  It should be possible to do in one run.

    In these days of GDPR the ability to import the new constituents with all their details and all the various possible consents (we have 9 different possibilities) in ONE run  would reduce the possibility of mistakes and data corruption.
