Auto Pop Up Constituent Window when adding

Auto Pop Up Constituent Window when adding new Constituent (Individual or Organisation) in a gift Batch, rather than a new line being created in the batch and then clicking on the 'go to' arrow at the top of the screen.

It will save time and stops and can be very useful when adding a lot of new constituents. Especially for new staff. This used to happen until the most recent upgrade.
