Be able to export a particular addressee/salutation or a BLANK.

We use addressee fields for recognition. I.e. Additional Addressee type of Publication Listing, or X Campaign Publication Listing. But I can't export ONLY That. I want to see (along with other data) who doesn't have this publication listing. My publication listings are never quite clean, as I have to pick Primary or Name to go with it. I just want a column that has this recognition by itself, not an "If then" and everything is filled in. 

Additionally, I need more options to export then. If it's not X CAmpaign Publication, then I want regular Publication Listing, and if they don't have either of those, I want Primary Addressee. I can't see when I pull my list if it should say "Bob Smith" (name) or "Mr. & Mrs. Robert Smith" but the donor simply doesn't have the publication listings.

    We have the same problem. When using Export to pull those which have values in a particular addressee/salutation, it doesn't give the option to leave it blank. For example, when we ask to export Addressee for Honour Roll, it asks to choose an option From Individual:

    Use this if present on the individual:

    • <Name>
    • Primary Salutation
    • Primary Salutation
    • Honour Roll

    Otherwise use:

    • <Name>
    • Primary Salutation
    • Primary Salutation
    • Honour Roll

    If we select [Honour Roll] for both options, it will auto fill with <Name> in the export if value is not presented. That makes the export very confusing. Totally agree there should be an option to leave it blank if no value. At the moment, we can only run a separate query to export the Honour Roll names and then add them to the same export file which I think it takes double of time and effort. :(
