We spend a lot of time adding maiden names and aliases in the 2nd Adult/Spouse relationships, but then cannot search on them. It would be great if it didn't feel like we were wasting our time putting that information in there. I have mentioned this over the years and it never seems to have been part of any upgrade in my 20+ years of using this product. I'm sure I'm not the only one frustrated with this lack of functionality!
