In Lists add option to "EXCLUDE" Records with ... or select "NONE" of these criteria to the functionality

It is imperative to be able to exclude or limit certain qualifiers tailored to your database when creating a list. You cannot do so if the only option choices given are repeatedly ALL or ANY.
