When "Thank you" emails are sent by Online Express, there is no option, in the Event section, to add the variable price of goods and services (benefits). Those are all set up in the Event module, I can pull them for gift acknowledgement letters, but I cannot for automatically generated Thank you emails, thereby creating more work and costs when we have to send out individual letters to an otherwise automated process.
