Keep a copy of all email correspondance sent from record in the record. Notes or Actions would work fine.

There are times when an ad-hoc communication is sent to a constituent using their email in RE.  This communication is not automatically saved.  A user must copy and paste the email content in either the notes or actions tab.  This is an essential change to improve and capture constituent dialog and improve user effeciency!
