We typically have multiple sponsorship levels for an event and some receive 2 to 10 registrations with them depending on the sponsorship amount.  But we also have 1 or 2 levels that don't receive ANY registrations.  I don't want them to get the drop down boxes asking for Registrant details after Payment details.  It looks to those levels that they are getting to register someone.  For instance, our Hole Sponsor level doesn't receive any registrations with it, but  it appears that they can enter registration info.
