Manually change the salutation for an organization, business or church.

It seems more friendly to be able to use the salutation "Dear Friends" than "Dear First Baptist Church."

"Friends" is an option in the Addressee/Salutation configuration - you may need to manually turn it on, but that is absolutely doable.
