Ability to use both addressee and salutation

Ability to use both addressee and salutation in letters to givers of gifts of membership

In RE Mail, there is only one field for the addressee/salutation of the donor of a gift of membership. You can set it, using the Options button, to be either the addressee field or the salutation field. However my letter needs both.
