I was suprised to find out that RE/NXT has no file maintenance reporting.  This post is to gather requests and information to build a new system generated report(s) that track file maintenance and changes to database records within RE/NXT.  Please post your suggestions, comments to support Blackbaud getting this much needed reporting capability added.  There are multiple reasons why such capabilities need to be added such as: Database Integrity, Change Management, Compliance, Accountability, User Performance.  

Please create reporting structure that would show following:
Database Record Changed
RE/NXT User who changed
Original Values
Changed to Values
Date and Time

Please allow reports to be generated by:
Date
RE/NXT USER
