We have noticed a bug or issue with the RELO integration. When we allow donations to the general team in TeamRaiser, a gift solicitor is not attached to the gift. The problem that occurs is when the gift flows to the Raiser's Edge and is put in a batch. Because there isn't a gift solicitor on the gift, Raiser's Edge will populate one of the assigned solicitors from the constituent record. We would prefer this does not happen. It leads to inaccurate credit for solicited gifts and impacts reporting.
