If you have free registration for your event, TeamRaiser considers a free registration as a gift and transfers this information to the RELO plugin in RE. If you don't want to create new constituents for every free registrant, you are left with a pile of free registrants crowding the Constituent Info and Gifts & Registrations Tabs. Further, RELO as it is now, does not allow deletion of these records from the plugin. So come next year's event, these people are still in the RELO pipeline! Please allow us to delete these people from the plug-in even as they remain in Team Raiser!
