Many of our constituents have multiple Gift Aid Declarations. Some are duplicates (e.g. multiple 'yes's, given on different dates), some are a number of different declarations, where the constituent's tax status has changed multiple times, and others are incomplete declarations that have been refreshed with new wording, scanned documents etc. For this reason identifying a constituent's Gift Aid status is complex. A simple 'declaration is current' tick box, much like the preferred address tickbox, would be invaluable.
