Every month we do a visual audit of any new declarations set up, to ensure that they were valid, and have been input onto the system correctly, before running the gift aid claim.  There is no way to run a query on 'Declarations set up since the last time' at the moment.  With a defining/increasing number, or a date of entry (not date of the declaration being signed) then this could become a query field.
