Adding Media to a Fund

It would be extremely helpful to attach media to a fund.  Currently we have to attach Letters of Agreements to all of the constituent records but if you could attach to the fund they'd all be in one central location rather than jumping from constituent to constituent.  Would make project management much easier.

    We have a policy of only adding media to the database view, not NXT, and this would be a huge help. Some of our funds (such as class gift scholarships) have numerous donors and the gift agreement and documentation really applies to the fund, not a specific person. Right now, I have to keep separate files for our department as everything can't be stored in RE.

    I completely agree with this, too.  As a college with hundreds of scholarships, with each scholarship being a fund, it's difficult to keep media all in one place, especially if scholarship contacts leave, transition, pass.  It'd be great to have it in RE7.

    Hey there. I love the idea! Unfortunately this isn't something that we will be adding in RE7 for a variety of reasons, including the fact that media files in RE7 are stored in a way that has the potential to bloat the RE database and slow down the application. I will say thought that this is something that we have already added to RE NXT web view, so in general we totally agree with this feedback and have already done something to address it in the latest version of RE.
