When creating envelopes I have to keep telling it to print to the second tray and then change to Envelope.  If I'm in the Envelope option, you should be allowed to keep your choices with the envelope option you created!  If I then go print a Batch Report or Query it is still on Envelope and I need to change it back to Letter, Drawer 1.
