Make it so you can change print settings when printing a report in 7.94

I don't like that you can't change print settings when you are in a report.

    I was very upset when we upgraded to the latest version of Raiser Edge and then found out that you could not select printer properties on any report to be able to print duplex.  I know before I updated I asked in the community if anyone had any issues and no one mentioned this problem.
