Expanding on the 'tags' which have been developed into RE, I think it would be very useful to do the following:

- Allow the criteria for each tag (lapsed, lapsing, lost etc) to be customised

- Set a tag for every single constituent (from 'recent donor' through to 'lost').

This would enable really quick and easy segmentation for appeals by only pulling in donors with particular giving histories, and it would be a dynamic way of profiling constituents as they would automatically change from one tag to another depending on which criteria they hit.
