Make the package a search field in query

Make the package a search field in query instead of free text

This will make querying on packages better because there is no chance for typing errors like there is in a free text field. And, if you don't know the exact package ID, you can search for the correct ID.

This feature should not be hard to implement since we can select the Appeal ID. I do not understand why RE cannot do the same for Package ID. Hoping to get either get an explanation as to why this hasn't already been implemented. =)
