I'd like to track who made what changes in a record
There should be tracking as to who made what changes to a record. Especially when it comes to gifts, merging and deleting records. A log should be kept of changes so that supervisors could review these in case there are issues.
YES. The fact that RE does not have any kind of audit log feature is mind-blowing and a tragedy. Our auditors regularly ask for that kind of info, and we have to just tell them there's no way to pull that from the system. Never mind the auditors... it would be helpful from a DBA and/or management perspective to be able to identify staff who need additional training, processes that need refinement, etc.
I have used a Query to see what was changed by whom, but a changelog would be so much more helpful, especially when training new users. A log of changes could then be used to show errors and prevent future mistakes.

Robyn, can you explain the query you mentioned? I would take that option since it seems BB doesn't view this issue as urgent.

I use RE to audit work done by student wokers. They have added myriads of attachments in NXT. There is no way to query this. Please fix!
Agree! Especially when trying to figure out discrepancies in reporting. It would be helpful to know what records have changed since then.
