Having RE tell us what was changed in a record

When pulling record updates, it would be very helpful if RE could tell us not only the date something was added or changed, but what specifically. This would be useful for address, phone numbers, emails, and business information - if you were not the individual who updated the record, it would be helpful to see what exactly was changed (as a way to keep everyone informed).
