When an administrator creates a new constituent, we need to ensure the Primary Addressee and Primary Salutation are marked as editable.  Without this, when we export from the back end of RE, these fields return as NULL.  I would like these to be marked as editable via out setup when a new constituent is created on an automatic basis.  People do not remember to do this and then our comms get affected.
