Grouping telephone numbers and emails on records

Grouping similar telephone numbers and email addresses on records is now impossible; they have to be added at the bottom of the list and are unable to be grouped together in similar formats (e.g. mobile numbers together/business numbers together)

The only alternative is deleting and re-adding all the contact details individually.

Agreed. When you right click on a Telephone Numbers row, there is no option to insert a new row. Also, it would be nice to be able to sort the list by clicking on the column headers, e.g., sort by 'Type'.
