sort/re-order phone numbers

Let me re-order phone numbers like I can reorder addresses. It is so frustrating that I can not do this!!!!

I agree. I would like to move business direct to the top of a list but if it gets added last it stays at the bottom. We need an up/down arrow to move them around.

YES!!! So many other things let you use up/down arrows to determine the order of importance (Constit Codes, etc.). In particular our board members have many phone numbers that we want to keep on record, but they have a particular PREFERED phone (which we don't want to put into a "prefered" type since that won't indicate if we're calling them at home/work/cell, etc.) but being able to put that prefered number at the top of the list would make a HUGE difference. While you can currently insert/delete rows to do this being able to do it more easily would be a huge help!

Really thought this would be rolled out in the new release...very frustrating that it isn't.

I agree that we should be able to re-order or sort the phones. At the very least, though, phones recently added should be at the top of the list of phones and Primary should be at the very top. Right now when I add a phone (even if I insert a new row at the top), the new phone jumps to the bottom of the list. I think this is not very user-friendly.

This is especially relevant with the way that NetCommunity pulls email addresses is combined with the fact that the new inactive checkbox for phones/emails doesn't reorder where the inactive phone/email is ordered in the list. If there is no primary email checkbox marked, then an inactive email can be the "first" email listed on the record, meaning NetCommunity will use that first inactive email when sending messages.

Yes! I'd love to be able to set a preference so I can always see Home, Email, and Cell as the top three. And if someone changes the current Cell to "Bad Phone" and adds a new Cell, RE will resort so the new Cell is #3 on the list.
