It would be really helpful if we could filter within a query. Just the same as you can on Excel. So if checking alot of records, (ie making sure all suburbs are correct before a mailing) you can put - all active donors to be mailed in the mailing. Output all the fields needed to send the donation slip out to. Then once the results shows all the constituents. You can then apply a filter on Suburbs and go through and check they are correct - rather than having to look down every single line. Filters - would show all options but only once
