Query & Export should include Last Constituent Appeal & First Constituent Appeal groups, like it already does for GIft

Querying and Exporting using Constituent Appeal is limited, so data has to be exported into Access or Excel. This would solve

    This would be very useful for us when finding out why a person first came to be on our database (which would be their earliest consituent appeal), or when exporting data for TM campaigns as it is nice to let the call centre know the last communication that the supporter received

    It would be very helpful to be able to sort Appeals from the appeals tab in a constituent export. For our organization, and I'm sure for others, the option to just export all appeals on a record and then delete the appeals that are not relevant to whatever list you are pulling is not practical. We have over 1 million records with long relationships with our foundations. This information is informative when pulling solicitation lists as well as analytics.
