We have lots of minor children or large groups from out of town that only volunteer for one day they dont want to fill out a volunteer application therefore we have to enter their total number of hours into one lump sum in the group time sheet. When we are doing monthy volunteer reports they are not represented in the total. Any other ideas where they can be logged and counted?
